Service Description

A first session of psychedelic integration therapy with me is a safe and supportive space where you can explore your experiences with psychedelics and how they relate to your personal growth, healing, and well-being. Psychedelic integration therapy is not about giving advice or interpreting your experiences for you, but rather helping you find your own meaning and insights from them. I will listen to you with empathy and curiosity, and ask you questions that can help you deepen your understanding of yourself and your psychedelic journey. In the first session, we will get to know each other and establish a trusting relationship. I will ask you about your background, your goals, your expectations, and your motivations for seeking psychedelic integration therapy. I will also explain to you the ethical and legal boundaries of our work together, and answer any questions you may have. We will then discuss your psychedelic experiences in detail, focusing on the aspects that are most relevant or challenging for you. I will help you identify the themes, patterns, emotions, sensations, and insights that emerged during and after your trips. We will also explore how these experiences have affected your sense of self, your relationships, your worldview, and your daily life. The first session is an opportunity for you to share your story and be heard without judgment or pressure. It is also a chance for me to understand your unique perspective and needs, and to tailor my approach accordingly. Together, we will create a plan for the next sessions, where we will work on integrating your psychedelic experiences into your life in a positive and meaningful way. In this session we can also explore if Shamanic Counselling or Shamanic Energy Therapy are a good for you and your integration/preparation needs.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be rescheduled - free of charge - with more than 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment date results in loss of booking fee. Please inform us at your earliest convenience if your appointment needs to be amended and we will be happy to accomodate you.
